WHO ROCKED IT BETTER? TIWA SAVAGE VS KIM K

Hold it oh!!! I was talking about the shoes! Both ladies on different occasions have rocked the pink dress and same neon shoes! Kim wore hers first on one of her trips with Kanye west before Nori was born and tiwa wore hers recently to the elite model finale 2013.
So one question quickly who rocked the neon shoes and pink colour dress better??
