Ex beauty queen and long time actress Regina Askia was in town for a bit. The actress turned nurse in the US who has been away for so long was invited by her state government to attend a memorial service in honor of the State's slain heroes during the civil war, as well as tour and appraise the transformation going on in Akwa Ibom State. 

The beauty queen has since returned back to her base in the states.
