And u think ull get help online? Its ur marriage we talking about not ur affair! Its a serious issue. You're shy about telling your family but you are at home with telling strangers online? What is wrong with you? Better seek medical help or speak with you folks and pray your marriage works instead bringing this kind of sensitive issue up on here that will only make people laugh at your situation instead of offering advise. The internet isn't all knowing my dear. Sometimes the old fashined way is still the only way. Speak up to those that matter so you can fix this. Good luck.
