This middle aged man who was pretending to be "mad" was arrested on Tuesday along the Ring Road area of Ibadan town by residents of the area who found human tongue and dangerous weapons on him. This incident comes barely four days after the Ibadan terror forest story broke where human's were kept for rituals.

His evil act was exposed when his hidden blackberry phone suddenly rang in public which aroused suspicion. He was immediately surrounded and searched by guys in the area. Those who searched the "mad" man were said to have found the human tongue, a cutlass and axe on him to the surprise of everyone...
The people attempted to carry out 'jungle justice' on him but he was saved by the police who took him away.
